Jones and the red dwarf

Robert Gibson Jones was the cover painter for this 1947 issue of Fantastic Adventures where he illustrated a story by Richard Shaver.

I must admit, I just love the title and that’s why I picked this particular issue.

Jones’ art style is so clean, imaginative and iconic that he’s one of
the more common artists you’ll find when you look for pulp cover
